Trishaws were a popular mode of transportation in Singapore during the 1940s and 50s, when motor cars were not that common yet.
This Miniature Stories collectible figurine set consists of a Chinese rider on a trishaw with a customer – a wealthy-looking towkay (dialect for boss). To add to its realism, the trishaw hood can be folded up or down, and the bicycle handlebars can be turned.
The Trishaw Rider displays beautifully with our Singapore Heritage Shophouse Model and other characters to form a nostalgic scene of early Singapore.
